Nearing the end of 1974 Sam Azemoon arrived in Los Angeles California, with a vision to build a spectacular company. In 1975 he began to buy and sell gold chains, making many valuable connections along the way. While continuing to build these business relationships, he met his now wife of 30years, Vera. After a few years of grueling work he made the life changing choice to attend The Gemological Institute of America, and in 1978 Pink Diamond was born.

The knowledge and understanding of diamonds and jewelry he gained at the G.I.A. helped him to quickly realize his abiding passion for diamonds, their beauty and this industry. Using his business savvy, his undeniable honesty and love for his customer he quickly built a reputation for exceptional customer service, and quality. He has since made it his mission that Pink Diamond provides its customer with diamonds of breathtaking brilliance, the most marvelous colored stones, and incredible jewelry.
